Councillor Duncan here with a brief 10 min interview with my UK Aunty Ann Harley who is an experienced Councillor of North Somerset Council until 2023 (pop. 220k). She agrees with my former assertion that my fellow Councillors acted like dummies in a recent public meeting when they declined to say anything before voting in unison against.
