Hi people its Councillor Duncan here, and I am putting out this 15 min presentation of mine to try and tackle the RATES EMERGENCY we find ourselves in. In short, I want Elected Members of Taupo District Council to start taking more direct responsibility for significant financial decisions than the hands-off approach we have now.
